You have to place the wood chicken, the broken TV, the fridge, the old couch and the bed. Time to play the Extreme Makeovers ha ha! You need to take all the stuff in the backyard and decorate your «room» as you wish. After doing all of that, you can go to the barn. It seems legit though after a long trip unless you have some kind of weird metabolism or you want to make your pants and your underwear dirty, which wouldn't be really convenient. You'll also need to use the toilets, something that it's not included in the «to-do» list of this objective. Go to the bathroom to take a shower and go take a nap on the couch in the living room. ![]() I suggest you to use the oven, that will take some time to make a dish but you'll fully recover your hunger bar. Use the oven or the fridge to eat something. And let's face it, we must take care of us otherwise we'll smell like cow's poop. Unless you already did that in the meantime or just before talking to Uncle Hayseed, this objective must be completed to unlock the next one. The trip was exhausting so you need to take a shower, eat something and take a nap. Compliment his farm and you'll unlock the next objective. Once you reach 30 (which should be really quick if you say something nice everytime), you'll get a new choice (actually, it's the only option available). Say nice things, tell some jokes and some gossips (considering he is old cough cough sorry, that was a stupid stereotypical joke I'm not really proud of, oh well). You're supposed to be a good nephew so be polite and respect your uncle. That's what the purpose of any acquaintance. Now, here is the fun part: you need to get 30 or so to befriend with your uncle and make some progress. Surprised by the look of his face, he won't know how to thank you. You'll also learn about acquaintance, which will be kind of important during the game. When he asks you if you have something to give to him, answer «I have something for you» and select the family album in your inventory. You can skip the tutorial by chossing the second option or go through it if it's your first playthrough. First of all, talk to your uncle (you'll see a «!» above his head, which means he is an important character of the story). You have the hospitality of your uncle, however you must help him, as the good nephew you are. This will be your house for a while, until you can start the exploration of the town. So, now that you know the gimmick of this walkthrough, let's start the first mission or part, whatever you say.Īfter creating your character, you come to your uncle's house. Yes, your Sim can't die in this game, which could suck or be a good thing. And it's recommended in this game otherwise you'll go to the hospital so many times. But you don't want me to ramble too much, you want this walkthrough to start right here and right now. No, no, it's a game you might think it's not really possible to make a walkthrough. No worries, it's not a game you complete in a few minutes and voila. With the time I wasted, trying to see if that problem occurs frequently (like a stubborn man), I had to find a short game. So yes, I kept the walkthrough of «Mansion of Hidden Souls» somewhere safe for later and I decided to focus on another game. I'd like to carry on that walkthrough in the future. If anyone in charge of the RGR section (maybe tRIUNE) reads this introduction, I wanted to point that out: please, fix that problem the best you can. For some reasons, everytime I played this game on emulator, Vizzed or not, it does crash at the same exact part: after the candle part. I'm talking about the issue we frequently have: the game crash. The thing that stops your progress and irritates the hell out of you. It was actually the Sega CD version, considering the other version is a sequel to the Sega CD version. For starters, story time: I was about to write the walkthrough of «Mansion of Hidden Souls» released for Sega CD and Sega Saturn. Hello everyone, welcome to another walkthrough with your host Laian.
